This is a simple recipe, packed full of flavor, and sure to have the whole family running for seconds!
My girls are OBSESSED with cheese tortellini, but I typically avoid it because I just want to eat it all. ;)
Self control is a struggle, but for my kids, I try. =)
All I ask if you try this recipe is to comment below and share your thoughts, or post about it and tag me! THANK YOU!

CHICKEN PARMA ROSA TORTELLINI BAKE
Ingredients:
*2-3 chicken breasts, cubed
*onion powder
*salt
*pepper
*smoked paprika
*2 packages of cheese tortellini, cooked as suggested on package
*Parma Rosa sauce mix (I get mine from the local IGA), cooked as suggested on package- you will need milk and butter for the sauce as well
* Parmesan cheese
* Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tbs olive oil in skillet. Toss cubed chicken in a mixture of onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (season to your taste). Saute in skillet until cooked through.
2. While chicken is cooking, cook the tortellini as suggested on package and prepare the parma rosa sauce as suggested on package.
3. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Toss the tortellini and sauce together in the dish, add the cooked chicken, and stir.
4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
5. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
6. Uncover, add mozzarella cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. For a bubbly cheese, broil instead.
I hope you enjoy!
Much Love,
