Quick Night Recipe Favorites on a Budget!

I'm going to share with you a few of my favorite quick recipes that don't cost a lot of money!

First up------Turkey Kelbasa Hash!

It's good and simple, y'all!

You need:

olive oil

one chopped onion

three finely chopped potatoes

turkey kielbasa

favorite Mrs. Dash seasoning

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.

2. Add in chopped onion and potatoes, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash, and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, until almost cooked through.

3. Add in turkey kielbasa, cook and stir uncovered until cooked through. ENJOY!

Isn't that ridiculously easy? I know. Plus, it's soooo good!

Next up---Lemon Garlic Chicken

Crock meals are quick, simple, and stress free! This is one of my personal favorites!

You'll need:

chicken breast

minced garlic

lemon juice

chicken broth

Italian seasoning mix

1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot and top with Italian seasoning.

2. Add minced garlic to the top. (put as much as your pallet enjoys)

3. Pour about 3-4 tbs of lemon juice around the chicken

4. Pour about 3/4 cup of chicken broth around the chicken mixture.

5. Cook on low 8 hours. (I just turn it on before I leave for work and turn off when it's time to eat)

It is so simple, but packs a flavorful punch! We pair it with rice and asparagus!

If you try these out, let me know what you think!

Much love,

Rochelle <3
